During an active remodel, the bathroom being worked on will be out of service. If you only have one bathroom, we'll work with you to plan the schedule so disruption is minimized — often completing the most critical work (toilet, shower) first so you regain basic function as soon as possible. We'll always discuss this during the planning phase.

A full remodel typically includes: demolition and haul-away, subfloor repair if needed, new tile (floors and walls), shower or tub installation, vanity and countertop, toilet, all plumbing fixtures (faucets, showerhead, drain), lighting, ventilation fan, mirror, accessories (towel bars, toilet paper holder), painting, and final cleanup. We handle permits as well. Everything from demo to done — you just show up to the reveal.

Yes. For projects that require permits (structural changes, plumbing relocation, electrical work), we pull all necessary permits and schedule required inspections. You never have to deal with the city or county paperwork — we take care of it as part of the project.

Absolutely. If you've already purchased a vanity, tile, or specific fixtures, we're happy to install them. Just let us know upfront so we can factor it into the quote. We can also source everything for you — we have relationships with local suppliers and can often get contractor pricing on materials.
